B&B Maison is situated in a historical building, next to the historical centre of Florence, cradle of art and history, where beauty is in every small alley and where, from the ancient residences, rich of details of the age, you still perceive the echoes of past histories, still living thanks to the testimonies that this glorious past has transmitted us.

The palace, location of the B&B Maison, is strategically positioned in an easily attainable zone, also walking, from the heart of the historical center, in the beginning of the old road, that once was the only road to reach the town of Bologna, surrounded by splendid hills and where you can still enjoy the green offered by the many parks and gardens of the neighbouring villas.

The present owner Silvia came after Sandra and Massimo who furnished the Maison with great passion giving it an evocative atmosphere that goes from the Asian to the north african culture: the colours of the countries, the shades of the sunsets. The B&B La Maison offers an elegant accommodation and services personalized for surprisingly affordable prices. All rooms are quiet and well treated, furnished with taste to create a harmonious and welcoming environment, everything with the addition of a splendid view on the tuscan hills and on the typical Florentine roofs.

Room Siena is a double/twin room. The bed is in wrought iron, handcraft production. For your greatest comfort nets are made of beech and mattresses are orthopedic. All furnitures are all-wood with inserts in wrought iron. The walls are yellow ochre, the typical tone of the Tuscan country residences. From the window you can enjoy the view of the neighbouring hills and the well-known garden of the Orticoltura, just in front our building. The bathroom, shared with the contiguous room, is the main one, with bidet, bath and shower.

Room Marrakech was so named because its walls were painted in the typical colour of this town of Morocco called the "red Town". The bed, in wrought iron, was entirely handicraft made and the head decorated with original tiles by the Chini Manifattura. Furnishing is ethnic style, made of wood and wrought iron, with strong recalls to the Moroccan tradition. The private bathroom is a very new production, with shower box and floor coated by glass tiles of mosaic. The room is bright and very quiet, overlooking the roofs of Florence.
